There have been sightings of a spooky apparition in Chaleur Bay and the Northumberland Strait for over 200 years. Some witnesses describe seeing a glowing ball of fire, while others describe it as a manned, three-masted ship with flaming sails. Those who have attempted rescue missions report that as they approached the glowing ship, it suddenly disappeared!
